Macroaneurysm Bleeding and Retinal Detachment
45 yo patient with subhyaloid and subILM bleeding due to a Maroaneurysm.
PVD and central vitrectomy were performed.
Then ILM was removed and subILM blood as well finding a Macroaneurysm. Very little subretinal blood was found and left untreated.
A peripheral retinal detachment was found and a complete vitrectomy with anterior hyaloid disection and removal was performed, then FAX and endolaser leaving air as tamponade.
